Hillgrove Avenue South Side Parking Stall Pavement Repairs (Wolf Rd. to Howard Ave.)

Concrete pavement repairs in the parking stalls on the south side of Hillgrove Avenue (from Wolf Road to Howard Avenue), are scheduled to begin on Wednesday, September 25. Martam Construction, Inc. will serve as the general contractor, with construction oversight provided by the Village Engineering Services Department. South side parking stalls on these blocks will be closed for approximately 2-3 weeks, and re-opened as soon as possible.

The project includes concrete pavement repairs and concrete curb and gutter replacement.

• Street Closures: No full street closures are anticipated for the proposed work.
• Parking Restrictions: Beginning Wednesday, parking stalls on the south side of Hillgrove Avenue (from Wolf Road to Howard Avenue) will be closed.
• Traffic Delays: At times, motorists may experience temporary delays on Hillgrove Avenue due to active construction.
• Work Hours: Construction noise will be limited to the Village's approved working hours: 7:30 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Weekend work is not anticipated.
• Dust Control: The project team will work closely with the contractor to minimize the spread of dirt and dust.
• Essential Services: Mail delivery and garbage collection will not be interrupted.
