MoDOT to close Route CC at US 67 starting November 17

JEFFERSON COUNTY - Starting at 1:00 a.m. on Monday, November 17, crews will close Route CC at U.S. Route 67 intersection for road demolition and reconstruction. This closure is anticipated to remain in place through the end of December.

During this time, there will be no access to and from Route CC at US 67. After the closure ends, drivers on US 67 will use the newly constructed interchange ramps to cross Route CC. Route CC traffic will only be able to turn right onto Route 67. Route 67 will only be able to turn right onto Route CC.

Following this phase, removal and lowering of US 67 is scheduled to begin in early January.

Detour Routes:

Drivers north of US 67: Use Gamel Cemetery Road and Pounds Road to access Veterans Blvd./Route A, then access Interstate 55 to travel to US 67.

Drivers south of US 67: Use Route CC to access US 67 via the MO 110/US 67 interchange.

All detour routes will be signed.
