SLIP+ is Here!

FSLSO is proud to announce that SLIP+ beta is now live.

As the next generation of our premier surplus lines filing platform, SLIP+ boasts enhanced features and advanced functionality, making filing surplus lines information and taxes easier than ever before.

During this beta period, we encourage customers to log into SLIP+ to familiarize themselves with its workflow.

You may log in using your existing SLIP credentials.

SLIP+ Tip #1: It all begins with a policy search.

When filing a renewal or an endorsement, you will locate your policy through a policy search. Simply select Policy Search under the Filings tab and search using the policy number, insured name, or other policy-related information. Select Search, and your policy information will populate below.

Once the policy listing comes up, you can use the icons to the right of the policy to add a transaction or edit the policy.

Renew Policy

Click to begin the process of renewing the policy.

Add Endorsement

Click to add

  • Additional premium,
  • Return premium,
  • Cancellation, or
  • Reinstatement.

Edit/Backout

Click to edit a policy or transaction.

SLIP+ Tip #2: The Accounting Contact replaces BillingContact.

All SLIP+ accounts must have an Accounting Contact, a specific person we can contact about billing and payment-related matters.

Only one accounting contact is permitted to keep SLIP+ accounts tidy.

SLIP and SLIP+ are synced, so any action you take on either platform will automatically update the other.

Let us know how you like SLIP+ by sending us a message.

  1. Visit the Help (?) section in SLIP+ then click Share Feedback
  2. FSLSO.com message center
  3. Call us at 800.562.4496, option 1

Hurricane Milton

We are closely monitoring Hurricane Milton, which is currently in the Gulf of Mexico. This storm is rapidly strengthening, already reaching category five status with 175 mile-per-hour winds. Projections indicate a possible landfall on the west coast of Florida Wednesday evening.

This storm is predicted to be catastrophic. Anyone within the cone should heed all warnings and evacuation orders and get to safety. FSLSO is not in the path of this hurricane, but we are watching the storm and will report on any potential impacts as more information becomes available.

If you need assistance, feel free to contact us at 800.562.4496.
