Intel Advances Responsible Business Practices and AI-Driven Growth in 2025–2026 Corporate Responsibility Report

Intel today released its 2025-2026 Corporate Responsibility Report, providing an update on performance, priorities, and progress across its operations and value chain as demand for AI-driven computing increases.

The report highlights Intel's continued focus on three priority areas: people, sustainability, and technology, and how these efforts are shaping operational performance and long-term execution.

Intel's report details progress and ongoing commitments across its three core pillars:

• People: Intel continues to invest in building a future-ready workforce, with a focus on safety, inclusion, and developing the skills needed to support a rapidly evolving semiconductor and AI landscape. In 2025, Intel launched the Semiconductor Education Pathways Program (SEPP), which funds faculty development, student experiential learning, curriculum development, and graduate scholarships to strengthen education pathways from K-12 through post-secondary programs to expand the semiconductor talent pipeline.
• Sustainability: The company is reporting progress on climate and resource efficiency goals, including net-zero greenhouse gas emissions, responsible water, and waste management. Intel's approach emphasizes operational discipline, efficiency, and long-term resilience. This year, Intel achieved 100% renewable electricity in the U.S., Europe, Israel, Malaysia, Vietnam and China, and 97% in Costa Rica to bring that global total to 99%. Intel's water conservation efforts saved approximately 11.2 billion gallons of water in 2025.
• Technology: Intel is focused on improving energy efficiency across its products and platforms while advancing responsible AI practices and governance across its technology development. In 2025, the company purchased approximately 99% renewable electricity globally, reducing the carbon footprint per wafer by up to 70% compared with a conventional grid-energy baseline¹. In addition, Intel released Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 3 processors, the first products to be manufactured using Intel Foundry's groundbreaking Intel 18A process technology.

AI continues to reshape industries and increase demand for computing power. The report highlights the need for more energy-efficient infrastructure alongside clear approaches to AI governance and transparency.

Intel's technology roadmap and manufacturing strategy are designed to improve performance per watt and reduce overall energy consumption across the computing ecosystem-supporting customers in reducing energy use and embedded emissions across their computing environments.

Through the Intel Foundation, $916 million has been invested in communities worldwide over the past 37 years, supporting programs in education, sustainability, and workforce development. These investments aim to expand access to education and technology, and support workforce development in regions where Intel operates.
