Chinese program hosts tai chi for mind and body, April 10

The Chinese program in the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures will host "Tai chi for Mind and Body" on Friday, April 10, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in Lalumiere Hall 198.

The event will feature Dr. Huimin Zhao of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is free and open to the public.

Participants will engage in guided tai chi practice focused on breathing, gentle movement and mindfulness to promote balance, tranquility and overall well-being.

No registration is required.

A social gathering with snacks will follow at noon in Lalumiere Hall 384.
