Xerox Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: XRX) today announced a strategic partnership with Flint Group Digital Xeikon to broaden its production print portfolio, strengthen its position in high-growth segments, and create new opportunities in digital packaging, labels, and commercial print applications.
As part of the agreement, Xerox will integrate Flint Group Digital Xeikon technology into its production print portfolio, combining fast, cost-effective, high-quality color presses with the Xerox Production Ecosystem, global distribution capabilities, workflow automation software, finishing solutions, remote services, and global support infrastructure.
"This partnership represents an important milestone in the evolution of the Xerox production print business," said Terry Antinora, president, Global Production Print Services at Xerox. "By combining Flint Group Digital Xeikon digital press technology with the Xerox Production Ecosystem, we are delivering a complete production platform that helps print providers increase productivity, unlock new applications, and drive profitable growth."
By bringing together Xerox client relationships and commercial reach with Xeikon's digital press technology, the companies aim to accelerate digital print adoption and expand access to new production applications.
"Partnering with Xerox both validates the quality of our solutions and allows us to expand the global reach of our Flint Group Digital Xeikon press technology, delivering greater value to customers worldwide," said Walter Benz, president at Flint Group Digital Xeikon. "Together, we are enabling print providers to access innovative, high-quality solutions that support their growth in an increasingly dynamic market."
This addition will complement flagship offerings like the Xerox® Iridesse® Production Press, Xerox® Proficio™ PX500/PX300 Presses, Xerox® IJP900 Inkjet Press, and Xerox® PrimeLink® printers and presses.
The first press, sold and serviced by Xerox, will be branded under the Xerox name and enhanced with Xerox-developed software, integration and service capabilities. Additional details, including availability and product specifications, will be announced in the coming months.
