Monday, April 6: Gov. Braun to Sign Landmark Bill to Lower Energy Costs and Hold Utilities Accountable

WHAT: Gov. Braun will mark another step in advancing his agenda to improve affordability for Hoosiers with a ceremonial signing of HEA 1002, which modernizes how Indiana regulates electric utilities and institutes performance based ratemaking - forcing utilities to have skin in the game.
