On October 16, 2025, Joel Krutz provided the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Crown Electrokinetics Corp., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), with his formal resignation from the Board, effective October 16, 2025.
On October 17, 2025, the Company terminated Mr. Krutz as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective immediately.
