Picture This: A Research & Scholarship Photo Contest returns for third year

Returning for its third installment, the College of Health Sciences has opened submissions for the Picture This: A Research & Scholarship Photo Contest.

Participants can again enter their photos in one of four categories: 1) clinical research, 2) creative representation of scholarship, 3) basic science and 4) research imaging.

"As the community of researchers and scholars at Marquette continues to grow and advance knowledge in their disciplines, we are keenly interested in what our fellow faculty members are working on in their respective fields and labs," says Dr. William E. Cullinan, dean of the College of Health Sciences. "This photo contest is a great way to learn about fascinating and groundbreaking research taking place on our campus that we might not otherwise have an opportunity to see."

Any researcher on campus is welcome to enter the contest. Students working in labs are also invited to participate and should submit photos through their lab supervisors or faculty researchers. Submissions will be accepted through March 14, 2025, and can be entered online via the Microsoft Form linked here.

The winners of each category will be announced in Marquette Today on March 31 and have their photos displayed in the Raynor Library.
