Out of touch Democrat Jim Costa just voted against critical legislation to deliver for California's farmers and rural communities.

After four years of higher production costs in Joe Biden's America, Jim Costa turned his back on California's producers to side with liberal elites. The bill will improve crop insurance, reduce trade barriers, and strengthening biosecurity, but still, Costa chose to play politics.
