First Service Bank Welcomes Stacy Matlock as Commercial Loan Officer and Business Development Officer

First Service Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Stacy Matlock as Commercial Loan Officer and Business Development Officer, serving Northwest Arkansas.

Matlock brings more than 26 years of experience in banking and commercial real estate, with extensive expertise in commercial lending, residential construction lending, treasury management, and relationship banking. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Lender. Throughout her career, she has also held leadership roles with large banks in Arkansas.

In her new role, Matlock will lead business development efforts throughout Northwest Arkansas by cultivating strong relationships across the community and connecting businesses and individuals with customized lending and deposit solutions. She will help clients achieve their financial goals while delivering the relationship-focused service that defines First Service Bank.

"We are excited to welcome Stacy to the First Service Bank family," said Tom Grumbles, President and CEO of First Service Bank. "Her extensive banking experience, passion for building relationships, and commitment to serving others make her an outstanding addition to our team. As we grow in Northwest Arkansas, Stacy's leadership and dedication to exceptional customer service will be a tremendous asset to both our customers and our communities."

"I was drawn to banking because it gives me the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives," said Matlock. "Whether I'm helping a family finance their dream home, supporting a business owner's growth, or connecting clients with trusted financial resources, I enjoy building relationships that extend far beyond a single transaction. Throughout my career, I've found the greatest fulfillment in serving others, earning their trust, and helping them achieve their goals. I'm excited to continue doing that with First Service Bank and become part of an organization that shares those same values."

Originally from Little Rock, Matlock now resides in Northwest Arkansas with her husband, Jesse. Together they have three adult children and one granddaughter. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time outdoors and exploring the trails of Northwest Arkansas.

Matlock attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she studied accounting and finance, and she also holds an Arkansas Real Estate License. She is actively involved in the Northwest Arkansas community through organizations including NextUp Northwest Arkansas, CREW Northwest Arkansas, the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), Mercy Corporate Council, and Leadership Springdale Class XXIV.
