Buena Park, Calif. - The City of Buena Park, in partnership with the Fair Housing Foundation (FHF), will host a free Fair Housing Fundamentals Workshop on October 7, 2026, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Ehlers Event Center-Legacy Hall located at 8150 Knott Ave. Buena Park, CA 90620. The workshop will provide residents, housing providers, and community stakeholders with an overview of fair housing laws and the rights and responsibilities of both tenants and landlords. Topics will include disability rights, reasonable accommodations and modifications, housing issues affecting seniors and veterans, harassment, retaliation, eviction, and dispute resolution.
FHF encourages community organizations, service providers & local partners to share this opportunity widely so residents can access important housing information and support services. The organization also offers counseling services, and investigation of housing discrimination complaints through its housing assistance hotline at 1-800-446-FAIR (3247).
