Greenberg Traurig Advised Manova Partners on the Acquisition of the VIBE Office Building in Warsaw

WARSAW - 1 September 2025 - Greenberg Traurig advised Manova Partners on the acquisition of the VIBE office building in Warsaw from Ghelamco.

VIBE, located near the Daszyńskiego roundabout in Warsaw, offers around 15,000 sqm of modern office space and is leased to prestigious tenants.

The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Partner Maciej Jodkowski and Counsel Karol Lewandowski, who were supported by Associate Paulina Horodeńska-Wieczorek. Senior Associate Iga Czerniak and Junior Associate Weronika Kopeć advised on the financing aspects of the transaction. The due diligence team included Senior Associate Alicja Flis, Associates: Marcin Gralewski, Hanna Żaboklicka, Junior Associate Przemysław Susoł as well as Igor Jędrys. The Greenberg Traurig team was supervised by Partner Maciej Jodkowski.
