STELLUS CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC PROVIDES UNITRANCHE FINANCING IN SUPPORT OF BERNHARD CAPITAL PARTNERS' INVESTMENT IN REVENEW INTERNATIONAL

Houston, TX - September 22, 2026 - Stellus Capital Management, LLC ("Stellus") announced today that its affiliates provided senior debt financing and an equity co-investment in support of Bernhard Capital Partners' ("Bernhard") acquisition of Revenew International ("Revenew" or the "Company"), a leading provider of contract compliance, profit recovery and performance consulting services across the utility, energy, manufacturing, mining, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Headquartered in Houston, Revenew helps organizations uncover and recover value through contract compliance, supplier payment reviews, performance improvement and sales and use tax recovery. The Company's technology-enabled delivery model and proprietary data platform support long-term customer relationships across the asset-intensive industries it supports.
