Meet Fremont's new City Clerk, Alberto Quintanilla, recently appointed in December. Alberto previously served as Assistant City Clerk and Management Analyst II for the City of Fremont and brings extensive public agency experience, including roles as Board Clerk for the San Francisco County Transportation Authority and Communications and Social Media Manager for the Immigration Institute of the Bay Area.
Alberto returns to the City Clerk's Office at a critical time, as he will guide the City through an upcoming election cycle and implement substantial software upgrades, among supporting other projects and opportunities for continuous improvement.
