PSI Names Scott D’Amico General Manager, Certification

PRINCETON, NJ - [October 20, 2026] - PSI, part of ETS, today announced the appointment of Scott D'Amico as General Manager, Certification, reinforcing its commitment to the professional certification market. D'Amico will bring together business development, client success, account management, and solutions consulting to strengthen client partnerships and support the continued growth of PSI's certification business.

D'Amico brings more than 20 years of commercial leadership experience across education, workforce development, training, and professional services. He spent more than a decade at Apollo Education Group/University of Phoenix in senior roles spanning enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and business growth across North America and international markets. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Logical Operations and CertNexus, where he expanded the global training partner network and redesigned partner onboarding.

In his new role, D'Amico will focus on expanding PSI's certification business across established and emerging industries, strengthening existing client relationships, and helping certification bodies respond to evolving workforce and industry requirements.
