Acquisition of Neshaminy Mall

A joint venture between Paramount Realty and Edgewood Properties has closed on the purchase of Neshaminy Mall - a 1,050,000 square foot super regional mall situated on a ~108.5 acre site located on Route 1 (right off Exit 351 of the PA Turnpike) in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. The entire property, excluding the former Macy's, was included in the sale and positions this Property as an excellent redevelopment opportunity featuring a high performing Boscov's, Barnes & Noble, and a 24 screen AMC Theatre in addition to high volume On The Border and UNO Chicago Grill outparcel restaurants. The Neshaminy Mall acquisition comes 11 months after the Paramount / Edgewood acquisition of Brunswick Square Mall - a 754,299 square foot regional mall located on Route 18 in East Brunswick, New Jersey, which the joint venture closed on in August 2023.
