Missing Endangered Man Thomas Fallis Sought

Thomas Fallis, who is missing and endangered due to medical issues, is being sought by the Portland Police Bureau Missing Persons Unit.

Thomas was last heard seen on December 17, 2025 when he left Oregon Health and Science University hospital against medical advice. He stopped responding to text messages on December 19, 2025, and has not been heard from since. Doctors believe Thomas needs important medication and PPB has information that he has a history of mental health crises.
The Portland Police Bureau Missing Persons Unit is asking that the public keep an eye out for him and call 911 right away if he is seen.
Thomas Fallis is a Caucasian male, 31 years old, 6'4", 200lbs. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue hospital pants, black shoes, and carrying a blue backpack.
