The assigned Provider Account Specialists that support the participating physicians, practices and other health care professionals within the following Pennsylvania counties have changed:

• Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Monroe, Montgomery, Northampton, Philadelphia, & Pike Counties, PA

To view our revised list of Provider Account Specialist assignments, log on to Availity Essentials™:

• In the navigation bar, select Payer Spaces, and then select Horizon BCBSNJ.
• On the Resources tab, select Provider Reference Materials.
• In the HorizonBlue.com/provider window that opens, mouse over Resources and select Working with Us: Information & Education and then select Network Specialists/Provider Account Specialists.
