Press Ganey, the global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services, has named Memorial Healthcare System a 2025 Human Experience (HX) Award® winner.
Memorial received five 2025 Guardian of Excellence Awards® for Patient Experience, recognizing sustained achievements in patient experience, employee and physician engagement and clinical quality and safety. Award recipients include:
The Guardian of Excellence Awards® honor organizations that rank in the 95th percentile or higher of Press Ganey's performance benchmarks, reflecting consistent achievement and commitment to exceptional care.

Further underscoring its excellence in patient experience, Memorial also received two Pinnacle of Excellence Awards®, recognizing the top three highest-performing organizations within each peer group and service line:
Memorial Hospital Miramar earned a Guardian of Excellence Award for HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems), which measures patient experience, while Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital received both Pinnacle and Guardian of Excellence Awards for Child HCAHPS, the pediatric version of the survey.
