Student leaders from Oklahoma State University's four Greek Councils recently returned from the Association for Fraternal Leadership and Values West (AFLV West) Conference, where all four councils received national recognition.
AFLV, which supports and empowers Greek chapters in problem-solving, inclusiveness and best-in-class chapter operations, hosts nearly 300 campuses and 4,000 fraternity and sorority members at their conferences each year.
Measured against a set of rigorous standards and benchmarks, all four of OSU's Greek Councils returned with honors and recognition against this national backdrop.
The Council Compass awards recognize the highest-achieving councils, honoring those that excel in operations, critical thinking, and initiatives that make a lasting difference in their community. Two OSU Greek Councils received a Council Compass Award.
Reflecting a deep commitment to student success, OSU councils earned multiple Three-Star Level distinctions, the highest tier of achievement, in the following categories:
OSU's creative strategy and digital outreach were also recognized for excellence:
"Receiving these honors year after year speaks to the standards and culture we've built at Oklahoma State," said Casey Domnick, assistant director of fraternity and sorority affairs. "These awards reflect a shared commitment across all four councils to provide the best experience and support for their members."
