Northern Beaches Council's Let's Chat Business concierge service has reached a significant milestone, supporting 100 customers, from aspiring entrepreneurs to established local business owners.
The free service offers 30 minute, one on one appointments, available both in person and online, designed to help business owners navigate challenges, connect with Council and state services and access practical advice to start or grow their business.
Delivered in partnership with Service NSW, Let's Chat Business brings the right people together in a single session. Business owners can meet directly with planners, environmental health officers and business support specialists removing complexity and making support easier to access.

Since launching, Let's Chat Business has achieved an average customer satisfaction rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars, with participants consistently praising the expertise and personalised support they receive.
