(February 9, 2026) The City of Palm Bay continues to monitor a nationwide service disruption affecting BridgePay Network Solutions, the City's third-party credit card processing vendor. The outage remains ongoing, and the City's online billing payment portal is currently unavailable. At this time, there is no estimated restoration time.
Payment options during the outage are as follows:
Utilities Department
Customers may make in-person cash, check, or credit card payments at Building E next to City Hall, located at 120 Malabar Road SE, Palm Bay, FL 32907. Customers may also submit check or money order payments in the drop boxes located at the front and back of City Hall.
To help accommodate customers, the Utilities Department will extend in-person payment hours Tuesday through Friday this week and remain open until 6:30 PM.
Building Department
In-person cash or check payments are accepted inside Building E next to City Hall.
Growth Management and Business Tax Receipts
In-person check payments are accepted at City Hall.
Public Works
In-person check payments are accepted inside Building E next to City Hall.
