Free Downtown Ramp Parking During Holidays
Parking in the City's parking ramps downtown won't affect your wallet this holiday season. The four City ramps (Discovery, Heritage, Martin Luther King, Jr., and Rivers Landing) will be free to use beginning Tuesday, December 23, at 9 p.m. until Friday, December 26 at 5 a.m. for the Christmas holiday. Visitors will have the same opportunity the following week, free parking will begin on Wednesday, December 31 at 9 p.m. until Friday, January 2 at 5 a.m. for the New Year's holiday.
Each parking ramp has skywalk accessibility to adjacent buildings, providing a convenient way to walk in a climate-controlled area to reach your destination.

- Heritage Parking Ramp - 312 Jackson Street
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Ground Transportation Center - 5th & Nebraska Streets
- Rivers Landing Parking Ramp - 419 Douglas Street
