*Update* State Police investigate a fatal motorcycle collision on...

Update On November 12, 2024, at approximately 5:05 p.m., troopers from SP Rochester responded to a motorcycle vs car fatal collision on State Route 104 in the town of Webster.

A preliminary investigation revealed a 2006 Suzuki, operated by 18-year-old Richard N. Greenblatt Jr., of Webster, NY, was traveling west on State Route 104 when it struck a 2021 Dodge Ram, operated by Joel A. Violanti, age 49, of Ontario, NY, in the rear.

Greenblatt Jr. was pronounced deceased at the scene. Violanti was not injured.

This is an ongoing investigation.
