If you're passionate about helping athletes, first responders, military personnel, or everyday individuals reach their peak potential, Lebanon Valley College's Master of Science in Sport Performance was built for you. This flexible, online graduate program blends advanced science-based coursework with hands-on learning, so you graduate ready to lead in strength and conditioning, human performance, and beyond.
Unlike a general exercise science or kinesiology degree, our Sport Performance program zeroes in on human and athletic performance. You'll explore advanced topics in:
Our program focuses on athletic performance at all levels-from high school and collegiate teams to professional sports organizations. But your training won't stop there. You'll also learn strategies to enhance performance in special populations, including people with cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disorders, and other chronic conditions.
The program is designed for full-time students and working professionals alike. You'll complete your coursework asynchronously online, with just three residency weekends per year (Fall, Spring, and Summer) to master hands-on skills.

Your professors are both academics and active practitioners. They include NSCA CSCS-certified strength and conditioning coaches, athletic trainers, and researchers who bring real-world experience into the classroom.
Students also have the chance to collaborate with faculty on research in human performance, biomechanics, and exercise physiology.
Our Sport Performance degree will prepare you to sit for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) exam.
