Children's Bicycle Parade
Join in this annual classic parade in Flossmoor! A tradition since 1931, the Flossmoor Volunteer Fire Department Children's Bicycle Parade returns on Friday, July 4. Decorate your bikes and wagons in red, white and blue, then join the Flossmoor Fire Department, Flossmoor Police Department and Village of Flossmoor representatives for a parade east down Flossmoor Road, finishing in the Western Avenue School lot with refreshments and fun. Line up will start at 9:30 a.m., then the parade will step off at 10 a.m. Please note: For the safety of participants and spectators, motorized vehicles are not allowed to participate in the parade.
