Starting Feb. 1, 2025, the HealthSelectSM Prescription Drug Program mail-order service will no longer fill prescriptions for quantities less than 35 days' supply. If you have an impacted prescription, Express Scripts, the third-party administrator of the program, has sent a letter directly to you.
The fastest way is to reach out to your doctor and have them write a new prescription that you can fill at one of the many retail pharmacies in the HealthSelect network. Or, you can reach out to Express Scripts Pharmacy to transfer the prescription to the local pharmacy of your choice.
To find a pharmacy near you or check if yours is in the network, visit HealthSelectRx.com or scan the QR code below. You don't have to use an in-network pharmacy, but you'll save money if you do.
If it is, they can send Express Scripts a new prescription for the longer timeframe and you can continue to get your medication through the mail, like you're used to.
