Tempe This Week April 6, 2026
Spend Sunday, April 12, in Downtown Tempe for 2nd Sundays Urban Adventure and Open Streets Tempe, a high-energy day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. featuring BMX stunt shows, a giant obstacle course, rock wall climbing, virtual reality rides, circus performances, live music, mini golf and more along Mill Avenue.
The City of Tempe Sustainability and Resilience team will host at a Pop-up Farmers Market selling their Arizona-grown and Arizona-made products at 2nd Sundays. You'll find locally grown fruits and vegetables, eggs, honey, mushrooms, baked goods, hummus, jams and more.
At the same time, Open Streets Tempe will transform downtown streets into a car-free space for walking, biking, rolling, dancing and connecting with the community, giving residents a fun new way to experience a more active, people-first Tempe.
