Investing in People: Strengthening Training Across Malta Freeport Terminals

Investing in people… Employees from several #MaltaFreeportTerminals teams - Engineering, Operations, Transformation, Human Resources, and Health & Safety - attended a Train the Trainer programme at ISTC designed to equip them with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to effectively deliver training to colleagues across the organisation.

During the sessions, participants were introduced to practical training techniques, effective communication methods, and approaches for engaging and supporting trainees. By developing internal trainers, the Freeport continues to strengthen knowledge sharing across teams while ensuring consistent training standards.

Initiatives such as this help build sustainable, long-term training capacity within the company while supporting continuous learning and professional development across the workforce. Thank you to all trainers and participants!
