The University of Toledo John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business and Innovation will host more than 90 companies from across the country for its Fall 2025 Job Fair on Tuesday, Sept. 30.

The job fair is the first of two that the college hosts annually to support students seeking internships and full-time and part-time positions. Approximately 400 graduate and undergraduate students are expected to attend and network with recruiters and company representatives from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Savage Arena.

Rebecca Kahl of Cintas, left, exchanges information with Jimmy Goodyear, an undergraduate student studying professional sales, at the Neff College of Business' Spring 2025 Job Fair.

"The job fair is an invaluable opportunity for our students to connect directly with leading employers, explore internships and full-time positions and build the professional networks that will launch their careers," said Dr. Terribeth Gordon-Moore, senior associate dean for undergraduate programs and administration for the Neff College of Business. "It also allows our employer partners to meet motivated, well-prepared students who are eager to contribute their skills in a rapidly changing business environment."

The Neff College of Business boasts a post-graduation job placement rate above 90%, with approximately 85% of students completing an internship before graduation.

Numerous local, regional and national companies who routinely welcome UToledo students through internships and permanent positions are set to participate in the job fair including 3M, Alro Steel, The Andersons Inc., Cenovus Energy, Dana Inc., Marathon Petroleum, Norfolk Southern, Owens Corning, O-I Glass and Toyota.

Cecelia Henkel, an accounting junior, said the job fair has been an impactful experience during her time at UToledo.

"The job fair has allowed me to build connections with a wide range of employers and companies," Henkel said. "I've been able to secure three internships by attending the job fair and participating in mock interviews."
