Construction will be happening during overnight hours from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. from Sunday, June 21, 2026 to Friday, June 26, 2026 and parking restrictions will be in place 24/7 due to curb, gutter, and sidewalk work.

  • Up to two lanes of westbound Santa Monica Boulevard between N. Oxford Avenue and N. Van Ness Avenue will be closed from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
  • Up to two lanes of westbound Santa Monica Boulevard between N. La Brea Avenue and Mansfield Avenue will be closed from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.

  • There will be no parking in either direction of Santa Monica Boulevard between N. Oxford Avenue and N. Van Ness Avenue or between N. La Brea and Mansfield Avenue.

During lane closures, driveways to businesses will remain accessible. Motorists and community members may expect shoulder and parking restrictions during construction work on Santa Monica Boulevard/SR-2 in both directions. Signs will be posted in advance of parking restrictions.
