Chief Financial Officer Transition
Effective July 23, 2025, Arvind Palaniappan stepped down as the Company's Interim Chief Financial Officer.
SSi is currently engaged in a search process to identify and recruit a permanent successor for the position of Chief Financial Officer.
In the interim, Dr. Vishwajyoti P. Srivastava, our Chief Executive Officer - Asia Pacific, will assume the additional duties of Chief Financial Officer.
