HAWORTH GROUP GLOBAL SALES TOP $2.7 BILLION

"Haworth had a remarkable year. In particular, our office furniture business in North America showed great strength," said Franco Bianchi, Haworth Group President and CEO. "Our approach to the market is rich and sophisticated - together with great execution, we drove market share growth in most markets. This success is a result of our people. We are leading with design and delivering customer value amid evolving demand and shifting industry landscapes."

Haworth Group earned numerous awards and recognition in 2025 for products, design and sustainability. Notable achievements include being named a USA Today Climate Leader, receiving an Honorable Mention from Fast Company's Innovation by Design for the closed-
loop manufacturing process and winning multiple product awards from organizations such as NYCxDESIGN, Best of NeoCon, MetropolisLikes and HCD's Nightingale Awards.

In 2025, Haworth launched the closed-loop manufacturing process for Fern, and now every Fern chair with black plastic includes this sustainability innovation.

Other highlights include the Zanotta brand launch in North America and refreshed showrooms in Chicago, Philadelphia and Madrid. Haworth Lifestyle also welcomed the successful return of the Fendi Casa furniture and home accessories license.

Haworth design events featured the third year of DesignLab, a partnership for Alcova's Garden Game at Miami Art Week and a collaboration with Pantone at Milan Design Week. The design and workplace teams launched Great Spaces and conducted the Evolving Workplace Global Study.

In communities around the world, employees continued to give back in significant ways. Haworth Helps projects included volunteering at the Vordstadt School in Switzerland, fulfilling meal orders for God's Love We Deliver in New York City, building safe nesting spaces for local bird species in India and building beds for West Michigan children in need.

Haworth recently announced the acquisition of Heller, a modern design brand known for an iconic range of indoor-outdoor furniture and accessories, and Tayco, a Toronto-based manufacturer of office furniture and casegoods.
