Marin County - Caltrans is scheduled to continue a storm-related slope protection project near Southbound US-101 in the Greenbrae area in April. The location is just south of the Francisco Boulevard on-ramp in San Rafael.

Tiburon Boulevard in this area of Marin County is a city street - not part of State Route-131.
Intermittent one-way traffic control of Tiburon Boulevard in that location could be utilized between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. in April and May to allow crews help to stabilize the slope.
The shoulder will be closed on Southbound US-101, and lanes could be closed in the area.
The installation of the retaining wall has started and will take about three weeks, followed by the reconstruction of the roadway, drainage, the installation of the guardrail.
The wall and roadway reconstruction will require excavation and backfilling. Residents in the area will see trucks throughout the day.
The project is expected to finish sometime in spring, 2025. All work depends on weather.
