A Timeless Landmark, Now in LED - Hemet Reintroduces City Hall Clock with a Modern Twist

HEMET, CA - It's about time - literally! The City of Hemet is excited to unveil a fresh take on a familiar favorite: a new LED clock at City Hall. Set to display both the time and current temperature, the updated fixture is as functional as it is nostalgic.

Long-time residents may remember when the original wall clock kept watch over City Hall. While that piece of history may have ticked its last tock, its spirit lives on, just with a modern glow. This new installation is the final touch in a series of recent upgrades to City Hall, including a full exterior repaint and the restoration of original wooden architectural elements. These improvements signal a new hour for Hemet, one of revitalization, pride, and progress.

To celebrate the updated look and timely upgrade, the City of Hemet invites the public to a City Hall Open House on Tuesday, August 12 at 12:00 PM. Join us at 445 E. Florida Avenue, Hemet, CA 92543, for a countdown to the new digital clock reveal, and a first look at the fresh coat of paint. City Hall tours will be available, with cake and light refreshments served.

Time flies when you're having fun - join us!
