Baker McKenzie Advises Swiss Finance & Property Group on its Acquisition of a Real Estate Portfolio with 17 Properties
Baker McKenzie advised Swiss Finance & Property Group on acquiring a real estate portfolio of 17 properties across Switzerland for the SF Retail Properties Fund. The transaction follows a successful capital increase of the SF Retail Properties Fund completed in November 2025 and marks a significant step in expanding and diversifying the Fund's portfolio.
The team was led by Alexander Wyss (Partner, Real Estate) and consisted of Samuel Marbacher (Partner, Real Estate), Vinzenz Sutter (Associate, Real Estate and M&A), Christophe Reitze (Associate, Real Estate), Philipp Ruchti-Baltensperger (Associate, Real Estate) and Gian-Marc Perren (Trainee Lawyer).
