New role will lead enterprise-wide AI adoption and transformation to strengthen client service and develop new offerings

PKF O'Connor Davies, one of the nation's largest accounting, tax and advisory practices, today announced that Maher Masri has joined the organization as Chief AI and Transformation Officer and Partner.

"AI is central to how we will serve clients and reach our goal of $1 billion in annual revenue," said Kevin J. Keane, Chief Executive Officer at PKF O'Connor Davies. "Delivering on those priorities takes AI product, commercial and operational leadership and Maher brings that combination."

Masri will lead the enterprise-wide development and adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and drive business transformation. Working with leaders across the organization, he will use AI to reimagine existing services, transform workflows and develop new AI-powered offerings for clients. His appointment builds on PKF O'Connor Davies' ongoing AI initiatives and culture of innovation.

Masri's background spans early-stage businesses, private equity-backed companies and Fortune 500 organizations, with experience building and commercializing AI solutions and leading businesses through operational change. Before joining PKF O'Connor Davies, he held senior roles in global consulting and venture development, leading AI transformation, growth strategy, product development and operations.
