TRAFFIC ALERT - New Castle County - Upcoming I-95/Rt 896 Interchange Closures
The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces that there will be an overnight ramp closure on southbound Rt 896 on April 20, 2026, for paving work. (All work weather permitting)
Monday April 20, 2026: The southbound Rt 896 ramp to northbound I-95 will be closed overnight to facilitate milling and paving work on southbound Rt 896 near the ramp entrance. Detours will be posted.
