Recent devastating wildfires in Los Angeles have many RPV residents wondering how our City and public safety agencies prepare for wildfire and what homeowners should be doing to protect their properties.
Join us for a town hall meeting on February 20, 2025 to hear directly from the City of Rancho Palos Verdes, Los Angeles County Fire Department, Sheriff's Department, and Cal Water regarding wildfire preparedness in the Peninsula's largest city. Topics will include firefighting readiness, home hardening and maintaining defensible space, water supply, evacuation planning, brush clearance in open space areas, and more. A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation.
