Yankee Clipper Trains to the Game Operate Directly to the Stadium on All 3 Lines

Hudson, Harlem and New Haven Lines Feature Additional Trains Before and After Games

Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Metro-North Railroad today announced it will operate Yankee Clipper Trains to the Game on the Hudson, Harlem and New Haven Lines to get fans to Yankee Stadium on Tuesday Oct. 7 for the third game of the American League Division Series when the Bronx Bombers take on the Toronto Blue Jays at 8:08 pm. 

On the Hudson Line, 22 trains will make an extra stop at Yankees-E. 153rd station, across from Yankee Stadium, and there are two extra pre-game trains operating from Croton-Harmon to the stadium, departing Croton-Harmon at 3:54 p.m. and 4:16 p.m., and arriving at Yankees-E. 153rd Street at 4:57 p.m. and 5:11 p.m., with stops at Ossining and Tarrytown. After the game, there will be two extra Yankee Clipper trains, with one to Croton-Harmon, making all local stops, and one to Poughkeepsie, operating express to Croton-Harmon and then all stops to Poughkeepsie except Manitou.

On the Harlem Line, there will be a Yankee Clipper train direct to the stadium departing Southeast at 4:26 p.m. and arriving at Yankees-E. 153rd at 5:49 p.m., with stops at Brewster, Goldens Bridge, Mount Kisco, Chappaqua, North White Plains, White Plains, Hartsdale, Scarsdale, Crestwood and Bronxville. After the game, there will be one Yankee Clipper to Southeast taking fans home, both trains making all stops except Mount Pleasant. Fans can also take any Harlem Line train to Harlem-125th Street and transfer to a Hudson Line or shuttle train for the short hop to the stadium.

On the New Haven Line, there will be two Yankee Clipper trains direct to the stadium departing New Haven at 4:07 p.m. and 4:47 p.m. and arriving at Yankees-E. 153rd at 6:08 p.m. and 6:45 p.m., making stops at West Haven, Milford, Stratford, Bridgeport, Fairfield- Black Rock, Fairfield, Westport, South Norwalk, Darien, Noroton Heights, Stamford, Greenwich, Rye, Larchmont and New Rochelle. After the game, there'll be four Yankee Clipper trains to get fans home, one making all local stops to Stamford and three trains to New Haven, making all stops. Fans can also take any New Haven Line train to Harlem-125th Street and transfer to a Hudson Line or shuttle train for the short hop to the stadium.

Fans from Long Island and Queens can transfer from the Long Island Rail Road at Grand Central to Hudson Line and Shuttle trains directly to and from the stadium.

Customers within New York City or Long Island can also get to Yankee Stadium via the subway, bus, paratransit, or take the Long Island Rail Road to Grand Central Madison and an easy connection to Metro-North or the subway.
