The technical issues affecting the Request for Further Action by Insurer/Employer (RFA-2) eForm have been fully resolved and the new RFA-2 eForm will be available within eCase effective this Friday, April 3, 2026.
To ensure a smooth transition for payers, the Board will continue to accept paper RFA-2 forms post marked through Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The Board will not accept or act on paper RFA-2 forms post marked after this date.
