04/01/2026 - Coming soon! RFA-2 eForm available this Friday, April 3, 2026
The technical issues affecting the Request for Further Action by Insurer/Employer (RFA-2) eForm have been fully resolved and the new RFA-2 eForm will be available within eCase effective this Friday, April 3, 2026.
To ensure a smooth transition for payers, the Board will continue to accept paper RFA-2 forms post marked through Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The Board will not accept or act on paper RFA-2 forms post marked after this date.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked to resolve the technical issues and ensure optimal system performance for all stakeholders. For guidance on using the RFA-2 eForm, please visit the RFA-2 webpage.
