Community members can now apply to receive Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA2). Mayor LaFrance's team worked to find and award more than $5.5 million in federal Emergency Rental Assistance to help people access and maintain housing. Funds are available to help people stay in housing and to help people transition from shelter to housing. You could be eligible for funding if your household . . .
"We want to see fewer people sleeping outside here in the Municipality. These resources will get residents housed and help them stay housed. That's a win for everyone in our community," said Mayor Suzanne LaFrance. "I'm grateful for the teamwork and coordination which has made this effort possible."
Funding will be awarded through six organizations. Applications are open to all members of the public - if you're interested, submit a single application to the organization of best fit. If they can't fund your request, they'll pass your application to be reviewed by other partners.
