Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Sonar Real Estate on the sale of an approximately 11,000 square metre site, including listed coach houses, on Behlertstraße in Potsdam. Sonar Real Estate initiated and implemented the sale on behalf of a pan-European real estate investment manager. The site currently comprises a car park and coach houses with a gross floor area of approximately 4,000 square metres. The purchaser plans to develop student housing on the site and refurbish the listed coach houses. The student accommodation is expected to be operated by Studierendenwerk West:Brandenburg.

Clifford Chance regularly advises Sonar Real Estate on real estate transactions, most recently on two disposals from the Selection portfolio, including the sale of the Neumarkt Ensemble in Cologne and the Lombard Haus in Hamburg.

The Clifford Chance team advising Sonar Real Estate was led by partner Philipp Stoecker (Real Estate, Frankfurt).
