Filing period open for places on Azle City Council

The City of Azle will hold a General Election May 3, 2025, to elect a Mayor and three (3) Council Members to Places 3, 4, and 6 for a two-year term, expiring May 2027. Azle City Council members are elected at-large for two-year terms.

The first day to file an application to be on the ballot is January 15, 2025. Those interested in running for a place on the Azle City Council have until February 14, 2025 at 5 PM to file for candidacy. Applicants may file Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM in the City Secretary's office at Azle City Hall.
