FORT WORTH, Texas - American Airlines won three awards at the 2025 Freddie Awards, held last evening at the Chicago Athletic Association, taking home hardware for Best Airline Redemption Ability and Best Airline Customer Service. American also won Best Loyalty Credit Card for the Citi® / AAdvantage® Platinum Select® World Elite Mastercard®.

The Freddie Awards recognize the best travel loyalty programs in the Americas, Europe and Africa, the Middle East and Asia/Oceania. The awards, which honor both airline and hotel loyalty programs, are based entirely on votes from travelers around the world. Ballots are available in more than ten languages and millions of votes were cast worldwide.
