CLOSING DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION OFFICES AND PROGRAMS.//
GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. Pursuant to references (a) and (b), and in
accordance with references (c) and (d), the following information is
forwarded to all employees.
2. All agency Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA)
offices are closed and all DEIA-related contracts terminated in
accordance with the President's executive orders titled, Ending
Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing and
Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions.
3. Concerns have been raised that some of these programs may have
been modified in a way that obscures their DEIA objectives. If you
are aware of a change in any contract description or personnel
position description since November 5, 2024, to obscure the
connection between the contract and DEIA or similar ideologies,
please report all facts and circumstances to [email protected]
within 10 days.
4. There will be no adverse consequences for timely reporting of
this information. However, failure to report this information
within 10 days may result in adverse consequences.
