The Pregnancy Wellness Series

The UCLA Center for East-West Medicine and Chinatown Service Center are hosting a 3-part workshop series to support health and well-being during pregnancy. Free Legal Assistance Clinic
Second Tuesday of the month from 6 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. in the Friends Room
At our monthly free legal assistance clinic, volunteer attorneys will be on hand to answer questions. Sponsored by the Asian Pacific American Bar Association (APABA) and Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Southern California (AJSOCAL). To register, call Adult Services.
Housing Rights Legal Clinic
Second Monday of the month from 12:15 to 2 p.m. in the Friends Room
Through the Home Preservation Program, Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Southern California (AJSOCAL) offers free legal help related to disputes between landlords and tenants, such as eviction defense, lease disagreements, habitability, security deposits and other tenant rights. If you have a computer, phone or tablet that you need assistance with, sign up for Technology Help, where a Library staff member will be present to answer your questions one-on-one. A computer will also be available for help with the internet or email. Can't make an appointment? Drop-in help is available in the Computer Lab on Wednesdays at 4 p.m. Help is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
