Kirkland Represents I Squared Capital on Acquisition of Mobico’s North America School Bus Business
Kirkland & Ellis advised I Squared Capital, a leading global infrastructure investment manager, on its agreement to acquire Mobico's North America School Bus business for an enterprise value of up to $608 million (~£457 million). The transaction is conditional upon certain customary conditions, including regulatory and antitrust approvals, and is expected to complete early in the third quarter of 2025.
