Logan Cole Named October Colleague of the Month for Memorial Health System Resources

Logan Cole, an EVS Tech in Environmental Services with Memorial Health System Resources, has been named October Colleague of the Month.

Cole, who joined Memorial Health in July 2025, was nominated by several colleagues who praised his work supporting the perioperative unit. Cole works quickly and efficiently to clean and prepare rooms, helping support patient flow and timely room turnover.

His attention to detail helps ensure rooms are safe, clean and ready for the next patient. Colleagues also appreciate Cole's positive attitude, dependability and willingness to help wherever he is needed.

"On even the busiest days, he consistently maintains a positive attitude and an incredible work ethic," wrote one nominator. "His ability to keep up with the fast pace of our department directly impacts patient flow, room turnover times and the overall experience for both patients and staff."

Cole also uses his time and supplies wisely, prioritizing tasks according to patient care needs and surgical flow, and anticipating the needs of the unit.
